আবেদনের যোগ্যতা:
১। মাস্টার্স প্রোগ্রামের জন্য ব্যাচেলরে ন্যূনতম সিজিপিএ ৩.০০ এবং পিএইচডির ক্ষেত্রে মাস্টার্সে ন্যূনতম ৩.০০ থাকা লাগবে।
২। ইংরেজিতে দক্ষতার ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নেবর্ণিত যেকোন একটি টেস্টের স্কোর থাকতে হবে-
- IELTS: 6.5 or better (all bands 6.5 or better)
- TOEFL: iBT- 80 or better
- Duolingo- 105
- PTE-60
উপরোক্ত যোগ্যতাগুলো ডিপার্টমেন্ট ভিত্তিক কমবেশী হতে পারে।

- Official Academic Transcript (evaluated by NACES)
- Three Recommendation Letters
- Personal Statement of Purpose
- Writing Sample (required or optional)

ফান্ডিং এবং স্কলারশিপসমূহ:
1. Assiatantships
বিভিন্ন বিভাগ থেকে Assistantship হিসেবে তিনভাবে ফান্ড প্রদান করা হয়ে থাকে- Teaching Assistantship, Research Assistantship এবং Graduate Assistantship. এই Graduate Appointments গুলো পেলে একজন শিক্ষার্থীকে Undergraduate-এর বিভিন্ন একাডেমিক দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে Full Tuition fee waiver দেয়া হয়ে থাকে। এছাড়াও ভালো এমাউন্টের স্টাইপেন্ড এবং স্টুডেন্ট হেলথ ইন্সুরেন্স সহ আরো অনেক সুযোগ সুবিধা রয়েছে। এই Appointments গুলো প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে একজন শিক্ষার্থীর ভালো CGPA, minimum English Proficiency, GRE score, University Level Teaching-এ পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা, যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা ইত্যাদি বিবেচনা করা হয়ে থাকে।
2. Graduate College Fellowships and Awards:
Arizona State University থেকে বিভিন্ন ডিপার্টমেন্ট থেকে অনেকগুলো Graduate Fellowships প্রদান করা হয়ে থাকে। এই ফেলোশ্পগুলোতে একজন শিক্ষার্থী ফুল টিউশন ফি ওয়েইভারসহ অনেক সুযোগ সুবিধা দিয়ে থাকে। এছাড়া বিভিন্ন ডিপার্টমেন্ট ভিত্তিক এ্যাওয়ার্ড পাবার সুযোগ রয়েছে। এই স্কলারশিপ বা এ্যাওয়ার্ডগুলো সাধারণত এককালীন হয়ে থাকে।
