রাত ১২.০৭ মিনিট। বাইরে বেশ সুন্দর বৃষ্টি হচ্ছে। পড়ার টেবিলে একটা এসাইনমেন্ট করছি আর বৃষ্টির শব্দ শুনছি। এথেন্সের এ গ্রামে সন্ধ্যা নামলেই সব নিরিবিলি হয়ে যায়। মাঝে মাঝে হাইওয়ে থেকে গাড়ীর শব্দ অথবা কোন এক দূরের রাস্তায় ট্রেনের হর্নই আওয়াজের উৎস। এ মুহূর্তে সব বৃষ্টির শব্দে চাপা পড়ে আছে। এমন চুপচাপ মুহূর্ত গুলোতে জীবন নিয়ে অদ্ভুত অনুভূতি হয়। কখনো জীবনকে খুব মায়াবী লাগে, কখনো আবার মনে হয় দু’দিন থাকতে এসেছি! এত মায়া বাড়িয়ে কি লাভ! কিন্তু বেড়েই যায় এ মায়া। অনেক কিছুতে আটকে থাকে মন। যত বেশি কিছুতে ইনভলভ থাকি, তত বেশি মানসিক অস্থিরতা। আর এসব কাটাতে চোখের সামনের বোর্ডে কিছু রিমাইন্ডার লিখে রেখেছি নিজের জন্য।
একজন মনীষী তার সারা জীবনের অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে জীবনে ভাল থাকার ৪ টি উপাদানের কথা বলে গিয়েছেন-
১. হতাশ হওয়া যাবেনা
২. রাগ করা যাবেনা
৩. ভবিষ্যত নিয়ে দুঃশ্চিতা করা যাবেনা
৪. আল্লাহর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়ে অভিযোগ করা যাবেনা
প্রতিদিন অনেকবার লিখা গুলা চোখে পড়ে আর সেল্ফ-চেক করি যে এগুলার কোনটা আমি করছি কিনা। যদি করি, সাথে সাথে ঠিক করে নেই। ভেবে দেখলাম, যে কোন কিছু নিয়ে অনেক মানসিক কষ্টে যে আমরা থাকি, তার বেশিরভাগই এগুলোর সাথে সম্পর্কিত। তাই, এই বেশ ভালো আছি। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ।
