আমেরিকার প্রায় সব বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ই বিদেশী ছাত্র-ছাত্রী ভর্তি করায়। সব চেয়ে বেশি স্টুডেন্ট আসে ফল সেমিস্টারে। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় গুলো ইন্টারন্যাশনাল স্টুডেন্ট নেয়ার পেছনে বেশ কিছু কারণ আছে যার মধ্যে অন্যতম একটি হলো বিভিন্ন র্যাংকিং এ ডাইভার্সিটি এর দিকটি ও দেখা হয়। এছাড়া ও বেশ কম বেতনে এদেরকে দিয়ে ভালো রিসার্চ করানোর সুযোগ থাকে যেটি আমেরিকানদের দিয়ে সম্ভব নয়। তাই, সবাই চায় বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন রিজিওন থেকে স্টুডেন্ট ভর্তি হউক। আজকে আলাপ করবো যে সব বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় গুলো সব চেয়ে বেশি স্টুডেন্ট নেয়, সেগুলো নিয়ে।
এ ১১ টি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ফল ২০১৯ এ সবচেয়ে বেশি সংখ্যক বিদেশি স্টুডেন্ট ভর্তি হয়েছিলঃ

উল্লেখ্য যে এ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সব গুলোই ৮২%-৯৯% বিদেশি ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের এপ্লিকেশন একসেপ্ট করেছিল। এর মধ্যে কিছু ইউনিভার্সিটির কথা উল্লেখ করা যায় যেমন University of Toledo ২০১৯ এর ফল সেশনে ৬৭৫ জন ইন্টারন্যাশনাল স্টুডেন্ট একসেপ্ট করেছি এবং হার হলো ৯৯%। Colorado State University নিয়েছিল ৬১২ জন আর হার ৯৯%। University of Kansas ৫০৯ জন এবং ৯৮% ছিল এক্সপেট করার রেট। University of Texas at Dallas এ ৮২% হারে নিয়েছিল ৫১৩ জন। সর্বো সাকুল্যে দেখা যাচ্ছে একসেপ্ট করার হার বেশ ভালো যেটি আশা জাগানিয়া।
বাংলাদেশ থেকে অনেক স্টুডেন্ট বিভিন্ন ভার্সিটিতে আবেদন করে হতাশ হয়, হয়তো খুঁজে বের করতে পারেনা কারা বেশি ইন্টারন্যশনাল স্টুডেন্ট নেয়। একটু খুঁজে আর নিজের প্রোফাইলের সাথে মিলিয়ে এপ্লাই করতে পারলে সুযোগ অনেকখানি বেড়ে যায়। এ লিস্টের ভার্সিটি গুলোতে যদি কারো পছন্দের সাবজেক্ট থাকে, তাহলে এপ্লাই করা উচিৎ। কারণ নেক্সট ফল সেশনের এপ্লিকেশন কিন্তু চলছে।
