আগস্ট ৪। ২০১৯। ভোর ৬ টা
এদিনই দেশ ছেড়ে পড়াশুনার উদ্দেশ্যে রওনা দিয়েছিলাম যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের উদ্দেশ্যে। ৩ তারিখ রাতে এয়ারপোর্টে এসে বিদায় দিয়ে গেলো আত্মীয় স্বজনরা। স্বভাবতই অনেক কান্না-কাটি হলো লাউঞ্জের ভেতরে ঢুকার আগে। সবাইকে বিদায় জানিয়ে চললাম দূরের যাত্রায়। বুকের ভেতর প্রচণ্ড তোলপাড় চলছিল, ঠিকভাবে পৌছাতে পারবো কিনা! কত দিনের জন্য যাচ্ছি! কবে আবার সবার সাথে দেখা হবে! কষ্টটা কিছুটা হলেও কম ছিল কারণ আমি একা ছিলাম না বরং সাথে মুনা ও যাচ্ছে আমার সাথে। যাই হোক, চোখ মুছতে মুছতে দুজনে এগিয়ে গেলাম টার্কি এয়ারলাইন্সে লাগেজ দিয়ে বোর্ডীং পাস নিতে।
এয়ারপোর্টে-
লাগেজ মেপে সব ঠিক ঠাক করতে করতে রাত প্রায় ৩ টা। ক্ষিধে পেয়েছিল খুব। তখনো সিকিউরিটি ক্লিয়ারেন্সে ঢুকিনি যেহেতু এনাউন্স করেনি। কি জানি খেয়ে কিছুক্ষণ পর ভেতরের দিকে ঢুকলাম। কোন ঝামেলা ছাড়াই ক্লিয়ারেন্স পার হয়ে ভেতরে ঢুকে গেলাম। এবার লম্বা সময় ধরে অপেক্ষার পালা। ফ্রি হয়ে বসে থাকতে গিয়ে সবাইকে মিস করা শুরু করলাম প্রচণ্ডভাবে কিন্তু কাওকে ফোন দেয়ার জো নেই যেহেতু গভীর রাত। অগত্যা কিছুক্ষণ হাঁটাহাঁটি বা গল্প আর সব ঠিক ঠাক হবে কিনা এটা নিয়ে গল্প চলছিল মুনার সাথে। এর মধ্যে আবার পকেটে থাকা কিছু ক্যাশ টাকা ডলার করে নিলাম একটা একচেঞ্জ বুথে। বেচারা যদিও ঘুমে ঝিমুচ্ছিলো, তাকে জাগিয়ে কাজটা শেষ করতে হলো!
অপেক্ষার পরে দেখলাম আমাদের ফ্লাইট বোর্ডীং করা শুরু করেছে। হাতের লাগেজ গুলো নিয়ে বাকিদের ফলো করে পৌছলাম বোর্ডীং লাইনে। সিকিউরিটির সে যে কি অবস্থা! সব কিছু খুলতে হবে, বেল্ট, জুতো, হাতঘড়ি ইত্যাদি। আবার ল্যাপটপ সহ সব ইলেকট্রনিক ডিভাইস ব্যাগ থেকে বের করে রাখতে হবে ট্রেতে। তারপর মেশিন আর মানুষ মিলে চেক করলো আর এরপর সব নিয়ে আবার ব্যাগে ঢুকাও আর গায়ে জড়াও! যাক, সব সফলভাবে শেষ করে আবার ওয়েটিং।
আকাশে উড়ার পালা-
যখন আমরা প্লেনে উঠে বসলাম ততক্ষণে ভোরের আলো ফুটেছে বাইরে। মুনার প্রথম বিমান যাত্রা। একটু ভয় আবার এক্সাইট্মেন্ট ও কাজ করছিলো ওর মধ্যে। আমি হ্যান্ড লাগেজ কাভার্ডে রেখে বসলাম। বিশাল বোয়িং টার্কি এয়ারলাইন্সের। যাত্রীর সংখ্যা ও অনেক। কিছুক্ষণ পর ক্রুরা সেফটি মেজারমেন্ট গুলো দেখিয়ে দিলো। আর পাইলট কিছু কথা বলে রানওয়ে ধরে ছুটলো। অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে মেঘের উপরে থেকে দেখলাম প্রিয় ঢাকা শহরের বিল্ডিং গুলো ছোট হয়ে আসছে, আর কিছু সময় পর হারিয়েই গেলো।এর পর সাদাকালো মেঘের উড়াউড়ি আর আমাদের লম্বা সময় ধরে আকাশে ভেসে চলা শুরু হলো।
